Position: Experienced Real Estate Agent
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join the Louisiane Real Estate group. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling real estate worth over 3.5 million annually. This is a commission-based role with a capped commission structure. Additionally, we offer a low commission split, low cap rates, and no monthly fees! We offer desk space, a CRM with a website, leads, and Dotloop for individual agents. Our office is located in Denham Springs with easy access to the interstate.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through various means such as networking, advertising, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with expert advice on real estate transactions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with real estate trends and conditions, and provide clients with accurate information.
- Work with clients to determine their buying or selling needs and provide guidance on the buying or selling process.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
- Coordinate and manage property listings, including property showings, open houses, and advertising.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a real estate agent with a proven track record of selling over 3.5 million a year.
- Must have a current real estate license in the state of Louisiana.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
